My Blue Heaven/Mickey Blue Eyes (Full Frame, Widescreen)

My Blue Heaven/Mickey Blue Eyes (Full Frame, Widescreen)
Double Feature contains "My Blue Heaven" and "Mickey Blue Eyes." "My Blue Heaven" - Steve Martin Is A Ganster. Rick Moranis Is A Federal Agent. The FBI's Witness Protection Program is turned funnyside up when Steve Martin and Rick Moranis play mob informant Vinnie Antonelli and agent Barney Coopersmith in this criminally comic caper. Vinnie's got smooth moves, a swank wardrobe and a mean dance step. His identity, home and lawn mower are new but he's still the same: a guy with an eternal scam. That makes overseer Barney a guy with a huge headache. -stars Joan Cusack, Carol Kane, Melanie Mayron and William Hickey, director Herbert Ross and writer Nora Ephron ably aid and abet the two stars. No wonder "My Blue Heaven" is a paradise for lover of funny, funny stuff! "Mickey Blue Eyes" - An art-house auctioneer (Hugh Grant) finds himself getting in deeper and deeper with the mob after learning that his teacher girl friend (Jeanne Tripplehorn) is the daughter of a major mobster (James Caan). Things get worse when a godfather (Burt Young) decides to launder his no-talent son's gory paintings through the art house and gets the FBI into the picture. Everything then falls apart when the son is accidentally shot. Package type is back-to-back.
